Stop mocking who you used to be stop belittling and insulting the child you were for things everyone in the world has gone through: puberty and all it comes with, braces, a bad haircut, your clothes, the childlike things you said. 13-year-old me wanted good friends and hated her acne and wanted better clothes and was terrified of people making fun of her for it so why should i do that now?? I deserved the love and respect at 13 that i do now and i’ll be the first to give it!
if u wouldn’t say it to a kids face today, don’t say it (or think it) about yourself at that age either. being embarrassing isn’t an unforgivable act, so forgive yourself for it and move on
I love this energy. You don’t have to be the bigger person or forgive to feel better it doesn’t work for everyone
It’s time to start holding people accountable when you act a fool.
This is actually revolutionary. Usually black ppl are pressured to publicly forgive white ppls terroristic abusive behaviors. I was not expecting this. Ususlly theres some televised speech about God and forgiveness.

Yeah, you just flip into the scene kid. No, you just walk in.” He does it. A standing flip, jump, flip, land. Even Chris Evans was like, “What…what happened?” - Kevin Feige, producer and President of Marvel
You hire Spider-Man and you fucking got Spider-Man.
For generations, servicemen and servicewomen have tucked away precious photos of their loved ones, whether tucked in a cigarette tin or stuffed in a pocket, there was always a way to carry their nearest and dearest close to them. During World War Two, soldiers found a pretty inventive way to carry their most precious photographs: in their gun grips. Some soldiers took off their standard grips and replaced them with transparent grips underneath which they would place a photograph of their loved ones or sometimes a pinup girl. They subsequently became known as “sweetheart grips.”
